🏋️♂️ Masters League Games — Athletes in Their Prime 💪
Over the weekend, our crew took on the Masters League Games in Brisbane — a massive event celebrating athletes in their prime (35+).
To even get there, these legends had to earn their spot through online qualifiers and state invitations before throwing down live against some of the best in Australia and NZ.
We couldn’t be prouder of the way they represented — the hard work, the consistency, and the heart they showed on the competition floor. 🙌
Huge congrats to all our athletes on their awesome results and the journey it took to get there. You’ve done us proud! 👏🔥

Today is R U OK? Day 💛
It’s a reminder that strength isn’t just about how much you can lift in the gym — it’s also about having the courage to check in on your mates, your peers, or your family.
Sometimes the people who seem the most “okay” are the ones who need it most. A simple “Hey, how are you really going?” can make a bigger impact than you think.
Checking in shows them they’re not alone, that you’ve noticed, and that you care. That’s real strength.
So today (and every day) — send the message, ask the question, have the chat. You never know the difference it might make.
