Del and Emily chasing qualifying points in the olympic distance, with Del securing her 3rd podium for the series, Sasha getting in some extra race specific training ahead of Geelong 70.3 and Zilla tackling her first sprint triathlon - not ideal conditions but she got a good taste for the almost worst case scenario so now anything is possible 💨💪🏼

🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️ Shoutout to Our Fabulous ‘Ladies Lane’!

There’s a special kind of magic happening in the water every Wednesday, and it comes from none other than our beloved Ladies Lane! 💪🏼💃🏻 This lane is filled with consistent, determined women who bring plenty of energy and positivity to every session.

Not only do they crush their swim sets with dedication (most of the time 👀), but they’re also the queens of encouragement, always cheering each other on and lifting up those around them. It’s absolutely a lane of support, laughs, and shared wisdom.

We must mention the infamous between-set catch-ups… Sometimes it’s the latest life & family stories, sometimes it’s nail designs that could belong in an art gallery 💅🏼 And sometimes, we wonder if the extra-long recovery is a tactical choice! 😂 But honestly? These moments are what make our ‘Ladies Lane’ such a joy to coach and such a cherished part of our crew.

To all of you in the ‘Ladies Lane’: Thank you for bringing the perfect mix of fun, focus, and fabulousness to every session 🙌🏼 You make triathlon training brighter, one swim stroke (and one epic nail design) at a time. We love having you ladies around!

Well done to the crew who ran at Sri Chinmoy yesterday! It was a great morning of racing 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️

cowin kicked things off with 1st female in the 5km 👌🏼 ⁩ survived hypothermia to win the battle of the Spinks Ladies and finished 1st in her AG 💥 with ⁩ hot on her heels only a few seconds behind mum in the 10km (the next one is yours Ash 😏).

continued her prep for her 100km race in Sept running the 30km at a strong 5:20 av. pace 👊🏼

Young ⁩ took the outright win in the 30km after a big day on the bike Saturday to finish in a speedy 2hrs3min 🔥

And finally ran a solid 10km and finished 1st in his AG as he preps for longer races to come 👏🏼

It’s race week 🥳
Best of mechanical luck to all those heading to the fabulous Cairns for the weekend, especially to our very own ‘Lord’ Bern 🙌🏼

We’ve also got athletes off to trail running events and the dirty duathlon ~ have a great weekend of racing wherever you’re headed!

A chilly start to a successful day out for the crew at Smiths Gully for race 1 of the Trail Running Series 🤩
