Phoenix Fitness is a boutique studio in the heart of Albert Park village offering Personal Training, Small Group Training and Pilates.
The concept of Owner/Operator Tom Wade, Phoenix Fitness & PT opened their doors in February 2016 after Tom noticed a need for a different type of fitness experience. Recognising that many people get βlostβ in big gym and studio environments, and Personal Training was unaffordable for many, there was an opportunity to create a unique, attentive studio where the emphasis was on personalised training

4 years ago today we became true blue. Even with the last 2 years of craziness it's still a pretty awesome place with awesome people. Thanks for making us so welcome β€οΈ

With a lot of people returning to the studio after a 12 week break, there are going to be some sore muscles over the next week or so π With this in mind, please make sure you focus on your recovery by staying mobile during the day. If you have an option to use a stand up desk at work, use it. If you have a foam roller at home, use it. One of my favourite things to do is to roll a golf ball under my foot to massage the fascial tissue which connects all the way up my body. It makes me feel heaps better and I can practice my 'in deep thought' pose at the same time. What do you think?
