TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS - 7TH MARCH 2026

This week’s team announcements mark the end of the season for our 1st grade (who have a bye next week), 3rd grade and 5th grade sides. Our 2nds and 6ths have another weekend of games. Hopefully the weather holds out and our teams can get onto the grounds. 1sts have a rough chance of finals, and 6ths are currently 5th so need to keep winning to maybe book their spot.

Our junior sides have 2 more Saturdays of play before the end of the season with our Open Div 2 needing to win and fingers crossed for results to go their way to progress to the finals.

MATCH RESULTS: 21ST & 22ND FEBRUARY

Not the best weekend results wise for our senior teams, with all teams falling short of victory.

In our juniors, we had our Open Turf Div 2 boys clock up an amazing 3/275 off 50 overs after winning the toss and batting, lead by an 141 run opening stand between Ezekiel Charles (45 off 97) and Riley Rudken who scored his maiden century with a superb 103 rtno of 135 balls. The innings also featured strong contributions from Ethan Drury (21 off 26) and Max Morris(45 no out off 26). Our Open Div 3 batted out their 50 overs thanks to a dogged stonewalling effort from young Rohan Dulare-Perera who faced 106 balls to remain not out at the end with the team reaching 9/95. Our u12s are in a close battle in their game trailing by 25 after week one, while our power packed u11s recorded another win defeating Coomera by 14 runs.

UPCOMING GAMES - 20TH TO 22ND FEBRUARY 2026

After last week’s rain, our teams are back on the field as we head towards the backend of the season. We have 4 games at Trevor Hammel Oval with Open Div 3 in the morning and 2nd & 5th grades in the afternoon on Saturday and our Over 40s on Sunday.

U10s Training today has been canceled unfortunately. See you all on Friday.
