Soooo proud of Jake!!!! His prep went really well with him dropping 6kg of excess body fat and his strength held and he even hit a bench PB.
On top of that he works a physically demanding job and still showed up every session ready to put the work in. Absolute legend!!
This comp was a great step in the right direction and I’m super keen for the next one. Can’t wait to see how much we can build from here!!!

Unfortunately, today .lift and I had to make a hard decision by pulling out of her comp because of a medical complication.
I am making this post to show how much work Jasmyn put into her prep. I am beyond proud of her and how far she has come, while also being sad we couldn’t go out of the platform today and show it all off!!!!!

CLARISSA’S COMP RECAP!!
this weekend did a Deadlifting comp at .tech
This was her first comp ever and she killed it!! Getting a PB of 7.5kg!!!!
1st attempt-80kg
2nd attempt- 95kg
3rd attempt-107.5kg
