PLEASE READ - UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHRISTMAS PARTY.
IRC will now be hosting a Christmas Party gathering/dinner on the Saturday night after Saturday's qualifying concludes. We will have sufficient lighting at the track so once the sun goes down the gathering can continue. IRC will be providing some finger foods (wings, party pies, cheese and crackers etc) for everyone to nibble on. We will have BBQ's ready to use at the track for anyone who is camping/wants to bring their own meat to cook for dinner. This gathering will be BYO drinks.
We have been informed that many people will be camping at the track on Saturday Night - this is completely fine. Many of the IRC members and committee will also now be camping at the track due to the Saturday Night Dinner/gathering. We think this dinner will be a great way for everyone to socialize and have a great night to finish off our last event of the year.
Racing format:
All classes will run 4 x 10min qualifiers.
EP finals will be 3 x 10min finals. 1st final will be standard grid, second final will be reversed grid, third final will be standard grid.
GP finals will be 20min for lower finals (B, C, D etc) and 30mins for A-Main. Bumps will be decided once numbers are finalized.
Racing Schedule:
Saturday:
8.30am - 12pm - Practice
12pm-1pm - Lunch Break
1pm - 4pm - Qualifiers 1 & 2.
Sunday:
8.30am - 11.30am - Qualifiers 3 & 4
11.30am-12.30pm - Lunch Break
12.30pm - 4.30pm - Finals.

Please note this schedule is an estimate only and may change at any time.
There WILL be a portaloo at the track for this event.
The event as previously stated IS online entry ONLY. The cut off time for entries is 11pm, Thursday 29/11/18. Race fees are to be paid at the canteen on Saturday BEFORE practicing on the track.
Race Entry fees are $30/driver. Additional classes are $15.
ONLINE ENTRIES can be made here: https://www.ircoffroad.com/online-registration.html
EFTPOS will be available at the track for any purchases needed, including: food, race fees etc.
P & S Yard and Home Improvements have been kind enough to provide a Trophy for the "Larrykins Shootout". This will be run at the conclusion of Saturdays qualifying and will be completely separate from the Christmas Party Racing/Pointscore. It will be an optional fun event that you can enter into if you wish to do so. All entrants names will be put into a hat and drawn randomly. The drawn drivers will then go head to head in a 1 lap shootout, winner stays on the track and loser(s) come off. The last man standing takes home the trophy. There will be up to 4 cars on the track for each lap shootout. This event is for fun only and will be ran while the dinner/gathering is on. Many thanks to Paul and Sue from P & S Yard and Home Improvements for the sponsorship of this event.
