We’re into Phase 2 of our first block for the year — and things are getting real.
Lower reps. Higher intensity. Every set done with purpose.
This phase isn’t about chasing numbers for the sake of it.
It’s about learning how to lift with focus, confidence, and control.
Some days that looks like a PB.
Some days it’s better technique.
Some days it’s just showing up when life is busy.
And all of it counts.
Because our programming is designed to help you get stronger every time you walk through the door — in the gym and outside it.
The goal is simple: be better than yesterday.
This is not a drill🚨
Our first block of 2026 is officially calling 📞
Structured sessions.
Real coaching.
Progress you can actually track.
You gonna answer… or send it to voicemail? 😏
We asked some of our members and coaches one simple question:
“What’s your goal for 2026?”
Some were strength goals.
Some were mindset goals.
Some were about showing up — consistently.
Different goals. Same support system.
We’ll check back at the end of the year to see who ticked theirs off — and celebrate the progress along the way.
Not everyone trains every day.
But for some people, it becomes the thing they look forward to.
Structure + coaching + community = showing up because you want to, not because you “should.”
