Need to change before class? There's a toilet, change room & kitchen facilities on-site for a quick wonder woman style costume change 😉
WHAT KIND OF DANCING IS IT?
It's a mix of dance styles set to current & retro tunes designed to move you. Simply mirror my moves as we go song to song. Easy repeatable choreography so you get a full body dance workout. Full warm up & cool down stretch included.
