Lately, life has felt a little messy.

I’m someone who likes to know what’s ahead. A plan, a routine, a sense of certainty helps me maintain equilibrium and support my mental health. When life throws curveballs, it can feel unsettling.

For those who run their own business, I know you’ll understand. We don’t really get sick days. We don’t clock off and still get paid. When we take time out, the income pauses, but the bills keep rolling in.

I’m still healing from my nasal surgery and, if I’m honest, I haven’t yet felt the benefits I was hoping for. Recovery requires patience……something I’m continually being reminded of. But each day I feel a little stronger, a little clearer, and a little more trusting of the process.

So for now, I’m giving myself permission to move a little slower, to honour what my body needs, and to remember that healing isn’t always linear. To everything there is a season. Things will take however long they need to take.

Spring is beginning to whisper her arrival…

The days are slowly stretching, the earth is stirring, and perhaps something within you is too.

✨ Sacred Sunday Reset ✨

An evening of Kakow, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra designed to help you shed the heaviness of winter and create space for the season ahead.

We’ll sip warm ceremonial Kakow, soften into long-held Yin postures, and finish with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra.

This is more than a yoga class. It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen, and reconnect.

By the end of the evening, expect to feel:
Spacious in body
Calm in mind
Nourished in spirit
Grounded, yet expansive

Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. It unfolds naturally when we create the conditions for it.

Sunday 13th Sept | 5.30pm
90 minutes of you time.

Limited spaces available and these evenings tend to fill quickly

Have you experienced Gentle Flow yet?

Perhaps you’ve been curious about Yoga Nidra but wondered if you could really lie still for 30 minutes.

Gentle Flow is designed to help you arrive gradually.

We begin by settling into the space, connecting with the breath and moving through a gentle, mindful practice. The intention is not to stretch deeper or work harder, but to create awareness within the body and calm the fluctuations of the mind.

As the body softens and the nervous system begins to settle, you are naturally guided into stillness, making the transition into Yoga Nidra feel effortless.

So, what is Yoga Nidra?

Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation that invites you to explore every facet of your being. Through body awareness, breath, sensation and visualisation, you are guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep rest and restoration can occur.

This practice is accessible to everyone. There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to get to, and no expectation to “clear your mind.” Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided.

If you’ve been craving a little more space, a little more stillness, or simply a moment to exhale, Gentle Flow may be exactly what your body and soul have been asking for.

I’d love to share the practice with you.

Gentle Flow, Wednesday’s at 5.30pm

Not just a yoga class, but an experience.

As you enter the space, you’ll be greeted by the aroma of smudged Palo Santo, inviting you to leave the outside world at the door. Thoughtfully blended essential oils and the soft lighting to awaken the senses and create a sanctuary for stillness.

Every element is intentional, the lighting, the yoga, the pranayama, the carefully curated themes, the moments of silence, and the space to simply be.

This is more than movement. It’s an opportunity to reconnect, to breathe deeply, to soften, and to return home to yourself.

A little pocket of peace in a busy world

Time…

We spend so much of our lives rushing to the next thing, filling every space, solving every problem, moving from one task to another.

Yet healing, growth and wisdom rarely arrive in a hurry.

We need to gift ourselves more time.
Time to feel what is asking to be felt.
Time to breathe deeply and soften the grip of busyness.
Time to simply be, without needing to fix, achieve or become.

Nature does not rush the seasons, and neither should we.

This week, may you create a little more space between the doing and the being. In that space, you may just find yourself.

Know that awareness itself is a profound act of healing.

The more willing we are to look within, the less we are driven by what remains unseen.

What have I been treating on the massage table lately?

• Wrist pain and restrictions
• Thumb discomfort and overuse injuries
• Tight, sore shoulders
• Tension through the back of the torso
• Neck pain and stiffness

The body has an incredible ability to adapt, but when compensation patterns build over time, discomfort often follows. Addressing these areas early can help restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function

Our evening will begin with ceremonial Kakow, a heart-opening plant medicine that has been honoured for centuries in sacred ritual. Kakow invites us to soften, to listen and to connect more deeply with ourselves. It encourages a gentle expansion of the heart centre, supporting presence, gratitude and inner reflection
