‼️Live your life. Make your choices. Let people think what they want.
And side note to the people who always have to have an opinion or say on everything s**u 😘

Day 8 of movement, mindset and growth. ✨
(Journey to my first solo hyrox with )

A reminder that if you want change, you have to become the change.

I share this journey because I know what it feels like to be in a place where something needs to shift. The version of me standing here today was built through small choices, showing up when I didn’t feel like it, and deciding that I wanted more for myself.

The road to HYROX is no joke. The training is tough, recovery is essential, and there are days when it would be easier not to show up. But I’m lucky to be surrounded by people who inspire me, challenge me, and remind me what’s possible when you back yourself.

Here’s to growing, evolving, and becoming the person you know you’re capable of being. 🤍

I wanted to show you what choosing yourself actually looks like.

The last few months haven’t been easy, but they’ve been honest. And that’s what changed things for me.

I started paying attention to who I surround myself with. I started fuelling my body better instead of just restricting it. I started understanding that training matters, but so does recovery rest is part of the process, not a reward for pushing harder.

Nothing about this has been perfect, but it has been intentional. And over time, those small choices started to add up in ways I can actually feel, not just see.

This isn’t about a quick transformation. It’s about learning how to show up for myself in a way I can actually sustain.

And I’m still in it.

Day 6/35 of Movement, mindset and growth 🫶🏽🤍
(Road to my first solo hyrox)

🌸 Today’s movement looked a little different I checked out the new Strength class.

Think slower movements, more time under tension, and less time on the reformer. 🔥
My body is feeling the fittest it’s felt in months and I’m absolutely LOVING my current training schedule ✨

If you want a different life, you have to become a different version of yourself 🙌🏾

Not overnigh & not t through perfection.
Through small daily choices.
Show up.
Stay consistent.
Keep going when it’s easier to quit.
Through small daily choices.

🤍I want to start by acknowledging that there will be mixed opinions about what I’m sharing.

It feels like everyone has something to say about women’s bodies lately and the choices we make about what’s best for ourselves.

For me, I’ve reached a point where living in a larger body is impacting not only my health, but also the way I move through and show up in the world.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. It’s something I’ve thought about deeply and carefully behind the scenes, away from social media. And after a lot of reflection, I know this is the right choice for me.

Yes, I’ve chosen medical weight loss as a way to support my weight loss journey after years of battling cycles of binge eating, constant food noise, and the mental load that comes with always thinking about food.

I think it’s important to be as transparent as possible because I know there are so many people using medical weight loss who feel afraid to speak openly about it due to judgement, stigma, or criticism. I also know there are creators who don’t feel comfortable sharing this part of their journey publicly.

For me, honesty has always mattered. If I’m going to share my life, my health, and my progress online, then I want to do so authentically.

This is a personal decision that I’ve made for my own health, wellbeing, and future. It isn’t the whole story, and it certainly isn’t a shortcut. I’m still showing up, moving my body, working on my mindset, and making changes that support the life I want to live.

I hope to share more of this journey as I go and offer an honest look at what the experience is really like.

If you’d like to hear more about my experience and the conversation behind this decision, you can watch my chat with Holly on the Mamamia podcast No Filter. Head over to YouTube to listen to the full conversation.

I simply ask that if you choose to join the conversation, you do so with kindness, compassion, and an open mind♥️

Happy Pride Month 🌈

Months like Pride are so important.
Not just because they celebrate love, identity and community, but because they acknowledge the generations of people who fought for the rights, visibility and acceptance many of us have today.

As someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I never take that for granted.
I know there are still people around the world who don’t have the freedom to love openly, be themselves safely, or marry the person they love.

So this month, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
Grateful that I got to marry my best friend. Grateful for the life we’ve built together. Grateful for the people who came before us and helped make that possible.

Pride is a celebration, but it’s also a reminder of why visibility, advocacy and community still matter.

Happy Pride Month to everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community. You deserve to be seen, celebrated and loved exactly as you are. 🌈❤️

DAY 1/35 🏃🏽‍♀️

35 days until HYROX and I’m choosing consistency over chaos.

I’m committing to showing up every day leading into race day training, mindset, recovery, and the real life in between. No perfect routine, no all-or-nothing energy. Just daily movement, discipline, and growth.

I’ll be posting it all the strong days, the heavy days, the days I don’t feel like it, and the days I surprise myself.
This is about building something I can rely on when motivation drops…….Let’s see what changes 👀‼️
