😎 OPERATION: REPURPOSE! 😎
Further to our previous announcements concerning the change-of-location of our Start/Finish line, we are pleased to announce our NEW start date on November 7, 2026!

This decision has been made to allow time for the following:
1️⃣ Equipment requirements need to be finalised;
2️⃣ Advice on - and promotion of - the change on our Facebook group & webpage;
3️⃣ Volunteer recruiting for the roles that are likely to come into effect... and the explanation of those roles to the our participants, and;
4️⃣ Repainting of the distance markers, turnaround signs, and the relocation of flag poles, which will occur in the week between Oct. 31 and Nov. 7.

Event #444 - September 26, 2026

A cold, blustery morning greeted 104 spirited people who ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 6 recorded new Personal Bests. True to the parkrun ethos, the weather did little to dampen the spirits and commitment of the participants!

Representatives of 6 different clubs took part.

Congratulations to Guifre Molera Calves & Paul Reck who joined the 200 milestone club and to Danae Rowlands who joined the 50 milestone club - fantastic work guys!

We had visitors from Melbourne and Hobart who joined us today, dont be a stranger and look forward to you visiting again!

We were very happy to welcome 6 first timers into the park run family: Onyx Huynh, Angus Kuerschner, Lincoln Evans, Cruz Stevens, Michelle Youlton and Amy Dunn.

The event was made possible by 14 volunteers - thank you marvelous people! Shoutout to Chloe Lau who joined the 10 volunteer milestone. Thanks as always to the wonderful crew at Goodness Coffee Co. Aldinga for their ongoing caffeinated support and providing greatly appreciated post-run coffee for our volunteer team.:

Event #443 - September 19, 2026
A stunning morning on the coast greeted 106 people who ran, jogged and walked the course this week.

15 were first timers including Brittany Bernard doing her first ever parkrun. Welcome to the parkrun community Brittany and hope your first experience was a wonderful one.

Michael Guinan joined the 100 milestone club - fantastic work and congratulations Michael!

6 participants recorded new Personal Bests, congratulations to Benjamin Boyce, Jane Ellery, Jackie Agnew, Haydn Wright, Judy Nottle and Bethan Turb Haw-Gaedt.

We had visitors from Murray Bridge and thank Tegan Thomas and Isabella McPeake, regulars at Narooma Wetlands parkrun, for also volunteering as part of their visit to us, much appreciated.
