It’s been refreshing this Easter taking timeout out to slow down from the rush of ‘everyday’ life, to connect with specials who support in resetting the nervous system from default patterns 🙏

A reminder to include these little pockets of downtime every day, not just in holiday time 💚

Trust and surrender that you are right where you are meant to be, settle into divine timing as there’s always a reason for all your experiences even if you don’t think so at the time 🧐
