As Winter solstice arrives with it comes the longest night.

Step out of looking for ultimate fulfilment in temporary material objects and turn your attention inward toward the changeless soul.

The light of knowledge is already present within everyone, but it can be obscured by the darkness of material nature.
By practicing discrimination seperating the changing self body from the changeless soul .
