Due to popular demand we are keeping the Wednesday morning netball coaching sessions going. Sessions run from 6:15-7:15am at Fisherman's Road. These are open to any netball player 12 years and above. Simply pay on the day - $10 for an hour of coaching. This is a great way to get ready for club/school & representative trials and the season ahead. The pre-season netball programs are now open for registration. There are programs for Junior players 12-14 years and Senior players 15 years and over. The programs run for 9 weeks starting 28th January 2025. All the information is on the website www.espnetball.au and registrations can also be made through the website. As we only have 3 weeks before we begin you need to register now to ensure your place in the Sunshine Coast's best netball program.

Coach Greg 💪

We welcome back strength and conditioning coach Greg.

Greg started off his netball career as a strength & conditioning coach with the Tactix in the ANZ premiership back in 2003. At the same time, he worked with the Silver Ferns players based in Christchurch in between their camps and tours. After around eight years of working with professional players, Greg took up an opportunity to become St Margaret’s College S&C coach. Being one of NZ’s best netball schools, he was their coach for around 10 years and absolutely loved it.

We are excited to have Greg heading up our netball specific S&C program here at Coolum Netball! Creating strong players, decreasing the risk of injury and significantly improving performance on court.

Greg is looking forward to working with our 2025 representative teams and coaches, aiming to make it the best year yet!
