Very sad morning today saying goodbye to an absolutely amazing lady. Sandy has been training with me for over 17 years. She makes the move up north with her daughter Ash. The relationships and impact that they have both left on me will last forever. I wish you both all the best in your new ventures 😢 ❤️

My name is Joel, I am extremely proud to have been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. I have Degrees in both Business and Applied Science (Human Movement). I have also been in the Qld Police Service. My job is to recruit, assist, mentor and facilitate our fantastic group of trainers at your Goodlife Health Clubs in both Alex Hills and Cleveland.
