A strength-focused workout targeting Abs, B***y & Tone using weights and functional exercises to build strength and confidence.

Yoga-Fusion
A blend of mobility, balance, flexibility and gentle strength work designed to help you move better and feel better.
Thursday β’ 9:00am
PB-45
A Tabata style workout with dumbbells, slam balls, agility boxes 45 secs of movement / 15secs of rest. All done in 45mins

HIIT BOX STEP
A fun cardio workout combining boxing, step training and interval bursts to get the heart pumping and the endorphins flowing.

πΏ NEW at JB Flex & Flow β Relaxation Cradle Sessions πΏ
The response to these has honestly blown me away π
So many of you are craving a space to simply pause for a while⦠somewhere to let the brain quiet down, the nervous system soften, and the body fully exhale.
These sessions are not fitness classes.
Theyβre not aerial yoga.
And definitely no om-ing, humming or chanting π
Just calming music, guided relaxation, gentle grounding, and the feeling of being safely cocooned while your brain gets a chance to power down for a while.
Think:
β¨ guided relaxation (without the woo-woo)
β¨ nervous system reset support
β¨ soft lighting & calming music
β¨ peaceful cradle cocooning
β¨ 30β45 minutes where nobody needs anything from you
Sessions will run in very small groups (maximum 4 people) from our private Alexandra Hills studio, with options for:
π weekly reset sessions
π casual visits (where available)
π private 1:1 sessions
π small private groups for friends, couples or mums groups

The 5 Week Series is designed to create a consistent weekly nervous system reset with the same small group each week.
