I make people feel stronger.

I make people feel capable.

I make people feel seen.

I make people feel safe to start, even when they haven't exercised in years.

I make people realise they're not "too old", "too unfit" or "too far gone".

I help people carry the shopping without pain.
Pick up the grandkids with confidence.
Get up off the floor a little easier.
Move through life with a little more freedom.

The muscles are just a bonus.

A strength-focused workout targeting Abs, B***y & Tone using weights and functional exercises to build strength and confidence.

Yoga-Fusion
A blend of mobility, balance, flexibility and gentle strength work designed to help you move better and feel better.

Thursday β€’ 9:00am

PB-45
A Tabata style workout with dumbbells, slam balls, agility boxes 45 secs of movement / 15secs of rest. All done in 45mins

Thursday β€’ 5:15pm

HIIT BOX STEP
A fun cardio workout combining boxing, step training and interval bursts to get the heart pumping and the endorphins flowing.

Not every class and not every Personal Trainer has clients with big goals to lose weight, attempt the unattainable Instagram craze or get a 6 pack.

Some of us nurture clients that just want to stay fit, healthy and well and be their best version.

Thursday morning with my seniors is just that.

We do boring things like

Everyday strengthening
Flexibility
Stability
Balance
Co-ordination

Oh and social interaction.

🌿 NEW at JB Flex & Flow β€” Relaxation Cradle Sessions 🌿

The response to these has honestly blown me away πŸ’›

So many of you are craving a space to simply pause for a while… somewhere to let the brain quiet down, the nervous system soften, and the body fully exhale.

These sessions are not fitness classes.
They’re not aerial yoga.
And definitely no om-ing, humming or chanting 😌

Just calming music, guided relaxation, gentle grounding, and the feeling of being safely cocooned while your brain gets a chance to power down for a while.

Think:
✨ guided relaxation (without the woo-woo)
✨ nervous system reset support
✨ soft lighting & calming music
✨ peaceful cradle cocooning
✨ 30–45 minutes where nobody needs anything from you

Sessions will run in very small groups (maximum 4 people) from our private Alexandra Hills studio, with options for:
