Online client and long time friend showing what can be done.

Steven has achieved this in 9 weeks. During this time he's been to beach clubs, events and watched the euros with friends.
It's all about balance, he's knuckled down when needed. Steven is having a much needed break for a few days with his partner then when he gets back we'll continue our journey to get him to where he wants to beΒ  πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

You're absolutely smashing it mate!

Daf came to me wanting to loose weight and body fat. After a consultation to find out his goals I created a structured nutrition plan for Daf while he continued with his own training by attending a HITT class weekly.

We've just turned it up a notch now it's time to get shredded πŸ’ͺπŸ’―

Fat loss phase successfully completed with online client , more then 14kg down from first picture.

The next 4 weeks we are working at maintenance while he moves States then we push to add tissue on his frame.
