A bit of a quieter month for us before we start filling the dates from next month.
Saturday 16th will be a mobility session led by .coaching after our usual Saturday conditioning class.
The Wednesday following will be trivia night , where we’ll be looking to take the crown.

Week Zer0 is here!
Testing weeks are done, phase 1 of the new program starts next week.
This week has a big focus on mobility, perfect way for a tired body to recover and get prepped for week 1. Slowing movements down to really perfect the technique of each movement.
If you’re feeling a bit beaten up, don’t skip this week.
