Had some tough and fun matches today, definitely pumped and excited for the next ones! Lots to work and improve on! Extremely grateful for all the help & support from my Gracie Humaita, Gracie Girls & Filo Mafia family. Congratulations to all my awesome team mates for the fantastic effort and results!

A big congrats to all the teens from who competed in the NSWBJJ Autumn Cup. They all show up and work hard in class and it’s great to see them test their skills in a competition setting. A big thanks to .a.collis for the time he invests in these kids to prepare them for these events. It was a great result and it was great to see the support from teammates, parents and coaches. (And also the spectators! Wow the energy was incredible!)

Thank you for all the energy, enthusiasm and good vibes shared on the mats. Now it is time to stay with your relatives and friends. And remember, Jiu-Jitsu is a lifestyle. It is how you deal with people, your habits, what you eat, and ultimately how you see the outer world.

By this picture I can tell that I daily get inspired by coach and our little warriors. Coach Anne is determined, multi-tasking, has love for details and committed to transform lives through Jiu-Jitsu. By kids students, they are brave!! They are constantly challenging themselves every time they step on the mats. They put themselves in uncomfortable positions. They learn that there is always a manner to get out of pressure. And that is on the mats and in life. If life punch them hard, they learn to puncher back harder. 👊🏼

Gracie Sydney is the roots of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We teach the gentle art based on real life situations where self-defense if the most effective martial arts. BJJ teaches respect and techniques. And ultimately builds confidence and self-esteem in adults and Kids.

31/03/01, 20 ANOS DE FAIXA PRETA!!! nesse dia eu tive a honra de recebê-la dos meus Mestres Royler e Rolker Gracie. Então o que parecia o ápice se tornou um recomeço. 20 anos se passaram e quando eu olho para esse dia vejo com muita alegria tudo que o Jiu Jitsu me proporcionou. Serei sempre imensamente grato aos meus Mestres, à família Gracie e à todos que participaram e continuam participando da minha trajetória. Nunca desistam dos seus sonhos, acreditem naquilo que te tragam felicidade e bem estar, amem o seu trabalho e execute-o com amor, o sucesso é somente resultado desses fatores. Que venham mais 20 anos!!! ❤️🥋 31/03/21, 20 YEARS OF BLACK BELT!!! This day I had the honor of receiving it from my Masters Royler and Rolker Gracie. Then what looked like the summit became a fresh start. 20 years have passed and when I look at that day I see with great joy everything that Jiu Jitsu has given me. I will always be immensely grateful to my Masters, to the Gracie family and to everyone who participated and continues to participate in my trajectory. Never give up on your dreams, believe in what brings you happiness and well-being, love your work and do it with love, success is only the result of these factors. OSS ❤️🥋
