Airfryer Spud lite wedges recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1500 g spud lite potatoes
Splash of olive oil
4 Tbsp (60 g) garlic minced
2 tsp (6 g) salt
2 tsp (4 g) pepper
4 tsp (8 g) paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE POTATOES
1. Wash each of your potatoes thoroughly. Cut each of them in half long ways 3 times so you have 8 wedges for each potato.
2. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika. Add minced garlic. Toss the potatoes to coat.
4. Airfry for 20 mins in two batches in Phillips xxl airfryer at 180 degrees Celsius
