🔥 UNITED CEYLON INTO THE FINAL! 🔥

United Ceylon won the toss and elected to bat first in the semifinal against Tigers Warriors. They put up a remarkable target of 214/6 in 20 overs.

Naveen Siriwardhana scored a quick 42 with 4 sixes and 2 fours. Ianka Udara made a brilliant 59 with 8 boundaries, and at the end of the innings Hasitha Rajapakshe smashed 51 including 4 sixes and 2 fours. It was a real power-hitting show from United Ceylon Gold.

In reply, Tigers Warriors were bowled out for 106 in 17.2 overs. That’s how United Ceylon bounced back with a remarkable victory in the semifinal.

United Ceylon blue ended the tournament with a great victory over United Ceylon Gold. That was the second consecutive win in the tournament after losing the first few games consecutively.

United Ceylon Blue won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 129/5 in 20 overs. Nilanga and Udara scored 35 runs and 33 runs respectively, putting together a 70+ partnership to get a decent score to defend. However, United Ceylon Gold could only manage 125/8 after 20 overs. Samindra scored a brilliant 48 runs while chasing the target for United Ceylon Gold.

Pami for united ceylon blue finished his spell with 2 wickets for just 14 runs from his 4 overs, sealing their second victory of the tournament.

Anyway, United Ceylon Gold will be playing the semifinal against Tiger's Worries this weekend. Hopefully Gold will bounce back with a victory to go to the grand final.
