Alice Springs Gov Gym

Hi everyone,

This page has been set up as agreed by the committee at our most recent AGM, on 23 November 2023.

The main purpose of the page is to share and receive feedback directly between the committee and the members. We note that there was previously a page set up that would share regular announcements, however that page has been lost to the committee, hence this new one.

Primarily, membership queries should still be directed to the email account - however as we move forward with the use of Social Media, we will aim to provide an alternate option for members to interact with each other and the committee. All we ask for is your patience as we are also volunteers at the end of the day and are busy with our own individual responsibilities, just as I am sure you all are as well 😁

As we look to welcome in the new year, we are also working hard in the background on how we can improve the facilities for both safety and comfort. We recognise that some of the older equipment is starting to become obsolete and plans are in place to replace these items fairly quickly. We continue to welcome any and all feedback, as we often miss things too and know that there is always room for improvement.
