🎉 Huge Congratulations to Makaddi Warren! 🎉

Makaddi travelled all the way to Moranbah on Saturday for their annual swimming carnival and absolutely smashed it! 🚀 She competed in 9 races and set 9 Personal Bests – yes, you read that right, NINE PB's! 😱🙌

She even won her 100m Fly in serious style and topped it off by taking home the Overall Age Group Prize for the 10-year-old girls - the Pembroke PB Challenge, earning a sweet $50! 🏆 💸💪

For the first time ever, Makaddi swam all the 50m, 100m, 200m IM, and 200m Free events – what a champ! 🏊‍♀️🔥 Safe to say, she slept well on the way home. 😴

Congrats Miss M! 👏 We're so proud of your incredible effort. Keep smashing those goals! 💥❤️

Henry Taylor - Swim Australia Swim Teacher of the Year Highly Commended

It's been a busy week for ALTS at SwimCon23 on the Gold Coast. We were thrilled to see Henry acknowledged for his dedication to not only his ALTS and club swimmers, but to the central west and CQ region over his many years of coaching and teaching. The care and love he has for his swimmers is out of this world! No rest for the old fella who heads straight into our last winter intensive swim clinic this weekend.

Quick shout out to ALTS teacher Sandi Ford who also was a finalist! We love the dedication our ALTS team has for swimming in the central west!

Alpha Swimming Club Presentation Night & Break-Up

We invite all Alpha Swimming Club swimmers and families (Alpha, Jericho and Aramac) and ALTS families to our joint break-up and Presentation Night Wednesday 4th May.

This round is perfect timing for the start of the 2021/2022 swim season for all children.
