From the Shooters Rules of Association:
The purposes of the association are—
1. to promote, develop and encourage participation in community activities, particularly sport, with the main emphasis on basketball, in the City of Darebin and surrounding areas;
2. to support the formation of, and help recruit players for, predominantly junior domestic, basketball teams;
3. to organise training venues

🏀Check it out: Ivanhoe Darebin Basketball Association (IDBA) are introducing a new women’s social basketball competition at the brand new Latrobe Sports Park stadium.
🏀The competition is open to anyone over the age of 16 and provides an ideal opportunity for some fun and fitness with family members or friends from work or study. The competition starts on Monday 20th April and focuses on providing a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for players of all standards and experience. There are no games scheduled during the July school holidays. More details in the flyer attached.
