These classes follow the B1st Fitness program designed to progressively improve your overall functional fitness.
This constantly varied, high intensity program combines evidence-based strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning into a single class with scaling and progressions for all levels of fitness.
These classes are capped at 8 people to ensure each person gets a personalised coaching experience.

It takes no skill to make you “feel the burn”. Anyone can make you do jumping lunges alternated with jumping squats every 30 seconds until your legs are sore. Or do 5 different variations of bicep curls.
You’ll go home and think “wow what a great workout, my legs are sore” and you’ll proudly tell your trainer that the session was “really hard”.
