PADDLE TAPS… HIGH FIVES… AND ONE VERY UNEXPECTED PIECE OF PARTNER FEEDBACK. 😂😂😂

This is why I LOVE Legends & Lightning. 💙

We paddle tap the winners. We paddle tap the losers. We paddle tap the ridiculous shots, the cracking rallies, the lucky ones and the absolute disasters. 😂

It’s celebrating each other, commiserating together, good sportsmanship and a whole lot of laughs — exactly the culture I love seeing on our courts.

💙 THIS is Legends & Lightning. ⚡️

Jarvis (10) playing alongside stepdad Joe (37), making the winning “down the middle solves the riddle” shot against John C (75) & Michaella (41). 🙌

Four players. 65 years between our youngest and oldest. One court. One cracking rally.

And I absolutely love the congratulatory paddle tap from Joe to Jarvis at the end. 🥹 That little moment says everything about the spirit of Legends & Lightning.

Different generations, different skill levels, families playing together, plenty of laughs and some seriously good pickleball.

This is exactly why I created Legends & Lightning. Moments like this make my heart very full. 💙⚡️

Only Dr Jamie Hunter would suture the tops of his shoes together before playing Legends & Lightning tonight… then produce this bit of surgical precision with a cracking angled winner. 😂🪡👟🎯⚡️

But the best part might just be the soundtrack at the end…

How perfectly timed that the video finishes with Ros’s RAUCOUS laugh carrying over from another court — the very laugh Jamie never misses an opportunity to mock. 🤣🤣

Great shot, Jamie. Shoes survived. And Ros provided the soundtrack. 😂
