Attention to all my fellow warriors living with diabetes! Are you finding it challenging to navigate the world of exercise and food management while managing your diabetes? I understand your struggles first hand because I've been a diabetic myself for 22 years. I’ve gone through all the ups and downs of all the lifestyle changes that come with it. And when it came to exercise, the professional advice didn’t go beyond ‘you have to do it’. But I know how hard and scary it could be to introduce exercise and manage sugar levels before, during and after.

That's why I'm here to offer my expertise as a personal trainer and weight management coach to help you take control of your health. Together, we'll work on tailored workout routines that are safe, effective, and specifically designed for individuals with diabetes.
