Questing! 💫 This orange 17 starts off with a few tough moves right off the ground, so by the time you’re half way up you feel like you should already be done!

Riccardo’s always making things look very stylish!

Here he is dropping his knee in, closing his hips and keeping his left arm nice and straight. This body position allows for driving through the legs to minimise effort through the arms.

There’s been a lot of love for this new green 21 recently!

The setters have done really well to utilise an unusual wall shape and awesome hold set to create some really varied and intriguing movement. There’s also a hold that seems almost invisible to climbers upon first inspection. Discovery of this hold takes the climb from seeming impossible to magical in the blink of an eye!

Iced latte in a Vegemite jar. Because Melbourne loves coffee, Australia loves Vegemite… and ._.shoo is a just a wonderfully weird individual.

Here’s Corinne sampling some fresh slab. It’s slabby, much more slabby than the other slab! Great for balancing on small feet, standing up with (almost) no hands, and just generally moving and shaking.

It’s now a little easier to spot the tallest indoor climbing in Australia! 👀

Our last school group for 2023!

We’ve been really privileged to work with so many amazing classes this year. Kids and teachers get so much out of their time at the gym, building trust, confidence and teamwork!

We can’t wait to see so many more students in 2024!

As part of the “Move for Mental Health” campaign it’s suggested to run or walk 60km, but we’re climbers… so instead let’s come together to try and knock out 6000 vertical meters in one night! 💪

Here’s the deal:

- To take part in the challenge, simply make a $10, $20 or $30+ donation on the night (paid at reception). Your donation gets you a scorecard, FREE PIZZA and a fake moustache to wear with pride while you’re climbing for a cause. The bigger the donation, the better the stache!

- Starting from 6pm, record your climbs on your scorecard and enter them into our tracker.

- The tunes will be pumping, the pizza will be flowing and there will be prizes for most meters climbed & other categories too!
