Welcoming Ben Seabrook to Altona North CC
Our first signing for the winter — and it’s a big one.
Ben is a top-order batter from Cambridge, UK, joining us after a dominant stint across the bridge at Bentleigh. Over four seasons, he piled on nearly 3,000 runs, including 22 fifties and 4 centuries.
Before arriving in Australia, Ben played ECB Premier League cricket for Bury St Edmunds and was in elite touch for Cambridgeshire County Cricket Club in the NCCA One Day Trophy, averaging 76.75 with a strike rate north of 100. He also brings experience from his time with Durham County Cricket Club.
Now based in Australia with his partner Sam (and their young lab 🐶), we’re thrilled to welcome them both into the ANCC family.
