But we need periods of not tracking as well, where we can eyeball and maintain our weight from the lessons we learn tracking in the first place 🫡

Remember tracking gives us freedom, not restriction 😉

MANAGING BREAKFAST ON HOLIDAY 🏖️
I keep it super simple ⤵️
Light breakfast either coffee and a protein shake ☕️
Or eggs/ham/chicken/turkey and vegetables 🥗
This gives me 2000-2500 calories for lunch and dinner ✅
I simply pick a high protein options and enjoy myself for those two meals 💪
The goal here is to just maintain some level of control without being a complete fat disgrace…
But there’s always room for some ice cream 🍦
You can enjoy yourself and still have some control over your nutrition 😉
You just need to understand how nutrition works for you 🫡

Want to know how I navigated nutrition this flight? ✈️
I didn’t…I ate fu***ng everything 😂
And I regret nothing 👀
Experiences like this don’t come around often…
You think I’m going to be worried about how many calories I’m eating when I’m offered unlimited gourmet food and $600 champagne? 🍾
The difference is I know I’ll gain some body fat in Europe 😅
But I know exactly how to get it off again without worrying about it 🤝
Once you learn how to lose fat it’s a skill that stays with you for life ✅
Which means I can enjoy my holiday and worry about fat loss when I’m back 🥳
Because life is meant to be lived 😉
Now before you hit the f**k it button remember…You need to learn how to lose the fat first!
But trying to diet on holiday is like trying to take a fat burner when you don’t know how many calories you eat….useless 🤷

COOKING BEEF MINCE THE RIGHT WAY ✅
For the love of god DON’T BREAK IT UP STRAIGHT AWAY 👀
Leave it face down for 2-3 mins and press down, you’ll get a nice caramelisation which will give it the flavor you want 🫡
Flip to the other side for 2-3 mins and do the same!
THEN you can break up the mince 👍
Add seasonings and make sure it’s nice and crispy and cooked through 🙏
You’ll never cook beef mince the other way again 😉
