A couple of cheeky monkeys having lots of fun 🐵

These cheeky monkeys are also

🍃 Building upper-body and grip strength
🍃 Developing core strength
🍃 Challenging the vestibular system — swinging, spinning and inverting stimulate the inner-ear system involved in balance, movement and spatial orientation.
🍃 Improving balance and spatial awareness
🍃 Using bilateral coordination
🍃 Developing problem-solving and movement planning — children have to work out where to place their hands, how to shift their weight and what movement comes next.

Our tiny tumble + circus classes provide a different kind of physical and mental challenge, developing strength and movement skills through play and experimentation. Who doesn’t want to feel like they are flying and floating?! 🤸🏻 🎪
