Constantly asking me questions, how you can improve certain skills or what you can do to fix certain bad habits, you've really shown a lot of initiative in your training and I love it. I love the enthusiasm you bring and how hard you work. Even when stations are hard or scary you don't let it stop you and ask for help when you need it. You've really started to come out of your shell and you should be really proud of that. I really love how you're always asking for feedback and working extra hard to get your extra dots.
