My name is Anna and I've been teaching the life changing dance fitness program called Zumba® fitness since 2011. I run regular Zumba® Fitness classes at Ben Venue School Hall on:

* Sundays 5-6 pm

I also teach Zumba® Basics work shops to help my students understand Latin music and movement. Best yet are our recurrent Theme Parties (ridiculously fun!)

Last Halloween was a blast, as always! I miss all of y’all amazing Zumba peeps absolutely too much! Look out for a newsletter update in your mailbox. It’s a heartbreaking entry from the obituary section - notice says I have moved to Sydney and our beloved Zumba classes have literally died. 💀😭For now! are in fashion. 🧟♀️ Stay active and dance until I see you again. ❤️ You ALL!

While we are waiting for a green light to conduct live classes, I hope you are all keeping active. My class hasn’t gone online yet due to err.. technical issues but there is an array of classes happening online via the Zumba homepage www.zumba.com - check them out!
Zumba Fitness - Classes, Apparel, DVD's and Trainings Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
As lovely as our outdoor class was last week, there will be
NO ZUMBA CLASSES
until further notice.
(But keep ur 👀 open for an online class soon!)

In these times of pandemic unrest, I’ve decided we stay one step ahead and conduct our Zumba class outside - ON THE GREEN! Please join me for an hour of “don’t worry, be happy”. It will brighten up our week!
*Im closely monitoring NSW Government advice - still no restrictions on Fitness classes and local gyms are operating as normal. As of yet, there are no confirmed COVID-19 cases in Armidale.

I’m back from the Caribbean and ready to party 🥳 with all of y'all tonight. Given I was in Mexico and survived salsa verde, salsa roja, salsa chamoy, salsa morita, salsa ranchera, salsa molcajeteada, salsa borracha and salsa macha to name a few - the promised Caribbean flavour for tonight will be a new salsa song! It’s going to be delicious 😋 🌶😅
PS. POP UP CLASS will happen this SUNDAY the 8th, at 12-1 pm. Tell your friends! Looking forward to shaking the remainder jet lag off!

Lengthy but beautifully versed article. I used to be that person, the one who dreaded the dance floor invite more than aanything 😱😳🤯 until I discovered the “not caring what other people think of me” button in Mexico and finally gave my body a chance to just - dance.
