At F45 Ashgrove we are looking for the right fit. Someone who has it all.

About you:
⚡️ Cert III in fitness (or higher)
⚡️ Experience teaching group fitness
⚡️ Experience coaching or doing F45
⚡️ Big and enthusiastic personality
⚡️ Passion to change lives through fitness
⚡️ Available 5-20 hours per week

This session will give you a glimpse of what it’s like to train as a professional footballer. Be prepared for explosive, power-focused movements, as well as multi/directional agility exercises.
We are bringing this to you from next Wednesday, so come down to the studio repping your favourite football jersey!!
