No Bull Massage and Movement

I’ve just read an article from 2010 about fascial modelking and how deep friction to an active site away from the pain Centre can induce greater feelings of freedom and reduce pain. It was postulated that by following the fascial network the mechanoreceptirs weee able to restore range.
I have been an absolute advocate for fascial research and protocols over the years; but I am left wondering whether distraction theory is more at play than fascial manipulation. I think we need to observe in real time, the chants to structure during treatment to quantify such ideas. I need more evidence.

Whatever happened to client-centered caring, and allowing our patients to make decisions about how, and by whom they wish to be treated? We advise, guide and inform. We do not dictate, demand or require….
