Our committee plays a vital role in ensuring the club continues to thrive, providing opportunities for our players and supporting the families and volunteers who make our club special.

We're looking for passionate people who want to contribute their skills, ideas and energy to help guide the Griffins into the future.

A massive good luck to former East Maitland Griffins juniors Tom Cant and Lachlan Crouch as they line up for the Newcastle Knights against the New Zealand Warriors in today’s finals!

It’s always pretty special seeing players who once pulled on a Griffins jersey taking their game to the next level, and we’re incredibly proud to see Tom and Lachlan representing the Knights on the finals stage.

A massive congratulations to the East Maitland RLFC Griffins All Ages Ladies on making it all the way to yesterday’s Grand Final!

It wasn’t the result you were hoping for, but what an incredible achievement to get there.
As the first ever East Maitland Ladies team to make a Grand Final, you’ve made a little bit of Griffins history and given our junior girls something pretty special to look up to.

Everyone at the A-Plus Contracting and Poly Welding East Maitland Junior Griffins is incredibly proud of you all and everything you achieved this season.

Once a Griffin, always a Griffin.

Unfortunately, today wasn’t our day.

But what a season it has been. Our girls have made history in 2026, taking the field as the East Maitland Griffins’ first women’s team and making it all the way to the Grand Final. 🩷💚🤎🤍

We could not be any prouder of how far this group has come. The heart, determination and fight they have shown throughout the season has been incredible, and today’s result takes absolutely nothing away from what they have achieved.

A massive thank you to our coach Lacey, our trainers Gaby, Baley and Rily, and our manager Steph. Thank you for giving your time week after week and making sure our girls had everything they needed all year. The work that happens behind the scenes doesn’t go unnoticed, and this season wouldn’t have been possible without you.

To our players, volunteers, families, sponsors and every single person who stood on the sidelines and backed our girls this year — thank you. The support this team has received in their very first season has been incredible.
