Welcome to the Atherton Basketball Association Inc.! Based in Far North Queensland, our dedicated volunteer-based sporting association takes pride in promoting basketball within the Atherton Tablelands community. For over 40 years, we've been committed to providing an inclusive and dynamic environment for both new and experienced players. Our association offers a range of programs for all age groups, from the Mini Ballers Under 10s to Junior Boys and Girls U12s, U14s, U16s, and U18s. We also host adult competitions for men and women, as well as an exciting, inclusive social competition for wheelchair and walking basketball. At Atherton Basketball, we believe that everyone has the potential to excel and enjoy the game of basketball. Our weekly training sessions and games take place at the well-equipped Atherton State High School Community Hall, ensuring that rain, hail, or shine, the game goes on.
