It was great working alongside Movement Improvement Brisbane at UQ Student Health Month!
On Wednesday, Amy had the opportunity to support UQ Wellbeing’s Student Health Month at their Wellbeing Expo, alongside the coaches from Acceleration Australia!
Students had the opportunity to receive a complimentary deep system assessment, personalised exercises and learn more about how to improve their posture while studying for exams.
It was a fantastic day connecting with UQ students and sharing some great promotions to help students continue their health and movement journey at Movement Improvement!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat and took part!
