Spring is a good time to make yoga practice a little more energetic. It's also a time when people's lives seem to get busier. It's important, then, to get the balance right, so our practice is energising, rather than depleting. Including inversions really helps regulate our energy levels. There are many supported variations of the inverted postures which are truely energy restoring, calming and available to all. Come along, let me show you 🙏 Moore Lane Yoga Room, Austinmer. Today was a teacher’s development day with Abhijata Iyengar: so inspiring! Also inspiring was the strong sense of community among the NZ teachers - what a joyful way to learn together … And, being welcomed to the Te Mahurehure Marae was such a privilege!

Getting ready for this morning’s 3hr class with Abhijata Iyengar in Auckland NZ. The first class yesterday evening was characteristically clear, inspiring and deep - Absolutely wonderful! Absolutely transformational!
