Avalon Bulldogs The Avalon Bulldogs Junior Rugby League Football Club is a family friendly club on the Northern Beaches We look forward to welcoming you.

The Avalon Bulldogs is a long-standing club that prides itself on our family-friendly environment. Our home ground boasts a fantastic clubhouse with bar and canteen where we host a variety of events in addition to our junior and A-Grade winter home games and our hugely popular summer touch footy competition. We encourage players of all ages and abilities from Newport to Palm Beach to join the club and participate in the local Manly Warringah Junior Rugby League competition. OUR 2027 A GRADE HEAD COACH — MAX GIRDLER!

Back-to-back premierships in 2025 and 2026, and now Max Girdler is ready to lead the charge into 2027!

A massive part of our recent success, Max knows what it means to wear the Bulldogs jersey and what it takes to win.

With two premierships under our belt, we’re looking to build on that success and make 2027 another huge year at Hitchy!

2027 PRE-SEASON — LET’S GET MOVING!

We’re looking to get the boys together for a few early runs on 3rd, 10th and 12th December to blow out the cobwebs, build some fitness and start getting a feel for our Gold and Bronze sides heading into next season.

Whether you’re a returning player or someone keen to get involved, we’d love to see you down there.

It’s all about getting the boys together early, building some momentum and setting ourselves up for another big year.

🏆 CELEBRATING OUR 2026 JUNIOR DOGGIES & CLUB PEOPLE ❤️💚

What a way to wrap up another incredible season at Avalon Bulldogs!

Our Junior Presentation Day was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the players, coaches, managers and volunteers who have made 2026 such a memorable year.

A huge congratulations to all of our team award recipients and Major Club Award winners. Every award is a reflection of the commitment, sportsmanship, improvement and contribution shown throughout the season.

While the trophies recognise some very deserving individuals, we are incredibly proud of every single one of our Junior Doggies who pulled on the red and green this year. 🐶❤️💚

To our coaches, managers, trainers, volunteers, parents and families — thank you for the countless hours you give to our club and our kids. Our club simply wouldn’t be what it is without you.
