๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ 100KM. ONE MONTH. ONE PURPOSE. ๐
At RSR Coaching we strongly believe in the power of movement to build strength, connection, and resilience. Thatโs why we are proud to team up with SAFE (Supporting Abuse-Free Empowerment) to support their upcoming SAFE 100 Challenge!
SAFE is a WA not-for-profit doing vital work to support children, young people, and families impacted by child sexual abuse. To help raise awareness and vital funds, they are launching the SAFE 100 initiativeโand we want the RSR community to step up and move with us!
โจ How it works:
๐น Goal: Complete 100km over the course of one month.
๐น Your Way: Walk, jog, or runโdo it individually, with your family, or join up with friends/teammates.
๐น Cost: 100% FREE to participate!
๐น Purpose: Raise awareness and show support for survivors.
Whether you're clocking up kilometres during weekly training, taking family walks on the weekend, or adding extra steps to your daily routine, every kilometre counts toward making a meaningful difference.

Amelia, won Champion Girl in her Cross Country and performed well at her interschools. Her consistency to training has been key ๐๐ฝ Kim Bannister
Brianna, and sisters Lisa & Ella, completed their own respective Cross Country events and finished comfortably. Improvements all round ๐๐ฝ Robin McGreevy
Chante won her school Cross Country, as did Lincoln. And it's exciting times with WACSA and School Athletics approaching rapidly.
These two young athletes, always show up and give it their all ๐ค Michelle Naude Hayley Mordaunt
Kayley had a clean sweep at local, state and national levels in the U12 2km Race walk with a recent gold at the Australian Road Walking Championships held in Ballarat.

๐โโ๏ธ RSR Coaching: July Recap! ๐โโ๏ธ
โJuly was an absolute whirlwind of massive PBs, epic trail runs, and extraordinary endurance! **and injuries!
From interstate road races, marathons, half marathons, trails, 300+ miles across the US, our runners left it all out on the course.
โHere is how the RSR community crushed it in July:
โ๐ฅ Gold Coast & Local Road Races
โGold Coast Marathon: Huge congrats to Hayley for knocking off a massive PB!
โBibra Lakes (Runningworks):
โ12km: Fantastic achievements by the Harvey family!
โHalf Marathon: Jacqueline and Matt crushed it (with a huge PB for Matt!), alongside great runs from Chemie and Craig Pilkington (countless HM efforts in a few short weeks)
โMarathon: Shoutouts to friends Craig Heath, Damien, Kevin, and Cait Harvey alongside her brother Sean Harvey!
โShelley Loop: Brad smashed a huge 10km PB! Fantastic efforts also by Susen and Eric (PB!).
โBroome Marathon & WA Coastal Running Festival: Epic efforts by everyone up north in Broome, plus great running by Evie Christine and Jason coastal-side!
โ๐ฅ The Ultimate Test: Vol-State 314
A special tribute to Louise Wallace for tackling the iconic Vol-State Ultramarathon (LAVS) โa unassisted, 314-mile journey across Tennessee in the scorching July heat.
Battling empty roads, tough terrain, and complete self-reliance, Louise showed the steely will and sheer tenacity that defines true endurance. As the saying goes: "I found in myself something that I never knew was there."
I am in absolute awe of you! ๐
โ๐ฒ Trail & Pipeline Adventures
โPTS Eagle & Child: Julia had an absolute blast in Blue, Tom leveled up from Blue to Black course (accidentally) and Troy's daughter Bree and David put in stellar efforts!
โPipeline: A wild day out on the trail for Danny, with the toughest wettest conditions ever at the Goldfields Pipeline Marathon. Sitting in 3rd or 4th pos until 36km, the conditions got the better of him.
No PB, however just finishing was the task. His daughter Ebah also represented in the 10km slip n slide. Well done to Rhea and Grant Wholey for a fantastic event as usual ๐๐ฝ
โFrom local loops to multi-state ultras, so proud of every single runner who stepped up to a start line last month.
โTogether we are better. ๐

A fun event for the end of August
TRAIL BLAZE | Soul Runners
A smaller event, with no shirts or fundraising cause - just an exciting introduction to the world of trail running with a 5km "easy" trail, a moderately hard 10km trail and the tough 15km challenge, to be held in the beautiful Wungong Gorge.
