The Ritual Pilates Studio

So excited to launch our ‘One Dayer’ retreats right here on the Central Coast. One day to immerse yourself in empowerment, nature, self care and relaxation. Fuelled by locally sourced wholesome foods, hydrogen water and energy refreshments throughout the day.

This day is designed to push you through you limiting beliefs and find your inner strength with an Ice bath, reformer Pilates and a surf lesson at Avoca Beach, then ending the day in a zen state with sauna, massage and breath work.

Date// Sunday September 15th, welcoming spring and revitalising our energy!

Early Bird Price // $320 paid in full by July 20th, after this date $350
*massage sessions are at an additional cost
*suitable for beginners to advanced surfers
