🎉 Fantastic news for our Bocce Club! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that the Bocce Club has been awarded $7,670 through the Pacific Blue Sustainable Community Fund!

This generous grant will allow us to install a new entry gate, new club signage, and outdoor seating, helping us create an even more welcoming and enjoyable space for our members and the wider community.

Pacific Blue's commitment to supporting communities where they operate is making a real difference. Their investment will help ensure our club continues to be a place where people of all ages can connect, participate, and enjoy the game of bocce for years to come.

🎉 Community support in action! - Exciting news for the Bocce Club and our community! 🎉
The Port of Townsville is continuing its strong support of local community groups and organisations through its 2026 Community Fund.
Now in its sixth year, the annual Community Fund provides $50,000 in funding to support community projects, events, and equipment across the region.
The Bocce Club was delighted to be a successful recipient, receiving funding for new outdoor industrial fans as part of major planned upgrades to our Bocce complex.
We are extremely grateful to the Port of Townsville for helping us revitalise and enhance our facilities. This support will help the club deliver significant improvements to the venue, ensuring it remains a valuable community asset and continues to provide opportunities for people of all ages to connect, participate, and enjoy our recreational activities.
Thank you to the Port of Townsville for investing in local organisations and helping community groups like ours continue to grow and thrive.

🃏 Join us for friendly games of Briscola every Sunday from 3:00pm – 5:30pm.

Whether you’re an experienced player or completely new to the game, beginners are warmly welcome!
