📅 8th August – 19th November 2026
💰 Cost: $60 per player + Netball Vic Membership.
🗓️ 7 week season.
🧒 Age: 13-15 years old

🤍All Teams are to supply an Umpire
Umpires must be provided and capable of umpiring at that level the team is playing in. BNA requires every team to provide one each week.

💙 Every Umpire MUST have the following:
• Hold a current Netball Victoria membership by registering via Netball Connect.
• Register with BNA as an Umpire via Netball Connect.

➡ BNA operates under Netball Australia requirements. Completion of both registrations is mandatory to ensure appropriate insurance and liability coverage.

🔗 Once all teams are registered, a link will be sent to the Team Contact for players to register to Netball Connect.
⚠️ All players must register via Netball Connect before Round 1.

🏐 2027 OPEN COACH ANNOUNCEMENT

East Gippsland Netball Region is excited to announce Kat Hutchinson as our Open Coach for the 2027 State Titles campaign!

This will be Kat’s third year leading our Open team, and after finishing runners-up this year, she and the team will be looking to go one better in 2027! 💚💙

🏐 2027 17&U COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

East Gippsland Netball Region is excited to announce Traci Grogan & Katelyn van Doeselaar as our 17&U Co-Coaches for the 2027 State Titles campaign! 💚💙

Both Traci and Katelyn are certainly no strangers to our Region, having given many years of service to East Gippsland netball and bringing plenty of coaching experience with them.

This season, Katelyn has coached the Wy Yung 15&U team as well as the Bairnsdale Netball Association 15&U representative team, while Traci has been coaching the Heyfield FNC 17&U team. Both have also enjoyed personal success, along with a great deal of team success, throughout the year.

Our 17&U girls are very lucky to once again have these two at the helm. Their experience, knowledge of our players and commitment to developing netball across our Region will be a great asset heading into 2027.

TRIAL REQUIREMENTS

Players MUST attend a minimum of TWO of the THREE trials to be considered for selection.

If a player is injured and would like to be considered for selection, they must provide a brief written outline of their previous playing experience to the East Gippsland State Titles Officer before registrations close.

WHAT TO WEAR

• Black/dark shorts
• Plain white top
• Suitable netball shoes

🚫 No club colours or representative gear

All trials are outdoors, so please come prepared for the predicted weather and bring a drink bottle and a positive attitude.

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT

Successful teams will be announced via the East Gippsland Region page on 30 October 2026.

SELECTED ATHLETES

Players selected to represent East Gippsland Region are expected to:

✓ Attend all scheduled training sessions
✓ Pay all fees levied by the Region
✓ Commit to representing East Gippsland Region at the 2027 Netball Victoria State Titles in Bendigo, 6–8 March 2027

🏐 2027 15&U COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT

East Gippsland Netball Region is excited to announce Samira Heffernan as one of our 15&U Co-Coaches for the 2027 State Titles campaign! 💚💙

Samira brings plenty of coaching and playing experience to our Region. She is currently part of the GSA coaching team, coaches the 15&U squad at M&DNA, and is player-coach of the A Grade team at YYNFNC.

Samira is also a Community Coach with Netball Victoria, delivering coaching through Train Like a Vixen clinics and various school netball clinics.

We’re excited to have Samira joining our 15&U program and know our young athletes will benefit from her experience, enthusiasm and passion for developing junior netballers.

And as you may have noticed… Samira won’t be doing it alone! 👀

We are currently finalising the details of our second 15&U Co-Coach, with another announcement coming soon. Stay tuned!

🦺 Our competition has grown so much and in the best interest of our Netball community, a third team will be added for Court Supervisor duties at each time-slot.
