Most people don't have a time management problem.

They have an identity problem.

High performers don't win because they're more motivated.

They win because they build habits that match the person they're trying to become.

✔ Protect your energy
✔ Focus on high-impact work
✔ Build recovery into your schedule
✔ Stay consistent when motivation disappears

Your habits create your results.

But your identity creates your habits.

What is one habit that has had the biggest impact on your performance?

Successful people are underperforming because they are neglecting energy, recovery, and capacity.

16/06/2026

Most people don't have a motivation problem.

They have a capacity problem.

They're trying to perform at a high level on low energy, poor recovery, inconsistent nutrition, and not enough sleep.

The result?

• Brain fog
• Lower productivity
• Less patience
• More stress
• Worse decisions

Health isn't separate from performance.

It IS performance.

Which of these do you struggle with most right now?

1️⃣ Energy
2️⃣ Recovery
3️⃣ Nutrition
4️⃣ Consistency

Comment the number below.

You're not lazy.

You're not unmotivated.

And you're definitely not broken.

The reason your health, energy and performance keep falling apart isn't because you don't know what to do.

It's because you're trying to rely on willpower to hold everything together.

You train hard.
You eat healthy.
You keep starting over every Monday.

Yet somehow you're still exhausted.

The truth?

High performers don't burn out because they work too hard.

They burn out because they're running a system that doesn't support the demands of their life.

If you're doing everything right but still not getting results, it's time to find out what's actually holding you back.

Let's identify exactly what's breaking your performance.

I'm a big fan of red light therapy!

Just make sure you get a full length one! a good idea is to put it in front of where you get dressed daily so the environment is already prompting you to use it.

20 minutes a day

Realistic expectations:

After 1 session
Relaxed feeling
Warmth
Temporary skin glow

After 2–4 weeks
Better skin brightness
Possible sleep improvements
Improved recovery

After 3–6 months
More noticeable skin improvements
Collagen-related changes
Greater cumulative recovery benefits

One of my favourite hobbies is reading nutrition labels and researching foods.

Not because I'm trying to be perfect.

Because I find it fascinating that the food we eat directly influences:
⚡ Energy
🧠 Focus
💪 Recovery
😴 Sleep
📈 Performance

Sometimes I'll be eating something and end up down a rabbit hole learning about magnesium, omega-3s, B vitamins, or iron.

The better you understand nutrition, the more you realise food isn't just calories.

It's information for your body.

Does anyone else nerd out on this stuff?

High performers often struggle with an overactive nervous system. Even when the body is exhausted, the brain remains switched on.

EMDR and vagal installation help reduce chronic stress patterns, process unresolved experiences, and increase feelings of safety within the body. As the nervous system becomes more regulated, many people experience deeper sleep, improved recovery, better emotional control, and greater mental clarity.

Because performance is built on recovery, a regulated nervous system allows high performers to access more energy, focus, resilience, and sustainable success without relying on constant stress to drive results.

How the Top 1% Athletes Think ( No one Talks about This!) 11/06/2026

Most people think high performers are driven by outcomes.

They're not.

The people who become exceptional teachers, coaches, entrepreneurs, athletes and leaders are often driven by something completely different.

Mastery.

They don't wake up every day obsessed with money, status or recognition.

They're obsessed with getting better.

The irony is that this often creates the outcomes everyone else is chasing.

Because when your fuel source is external validation, your motivation rises and falls with results.

But when your fuel source is mastery, curiosity and the pursuit of excellence, you keep showing up long enough to become exceptional.

There are levels to motivation:

➡️ Survival: "I don't want to fail."
➡️ Achievement: "I want to win."
➡️ Mastery: "I want to become excellent."

The healthiest relationship with success isn't:

"I need results to prove my worth."

It's:

"My job is to pursue mastery. Results are feedback."

The people who make the biggest impact are rarely forcing themselves to do the work.

They're compelled by it.
work becomes an expression of who they are.

That's when performance becomes sustainable.

I talked about this with Carolin Anderson, who was one of the sports Psychologists at the last olympics.
