Doing some bench mark testings with Arjan.
All of my clients have been doing their bench marks this week. Everyone has smashed them out of the water. Everyone has increased their strength in squats, deadlifts, bench press, bicep curls and a run.
We also do girth measurements and have had some amazing results. Losing 4cm around the waist, losing some around the hips, breasts and then increasing in biceps and chest.
I am super proud of everyone.

This is something that you can expect after each one of our sessions. Working out your core muscles are vital for a healthy body.
After each session I love to do an EMOM core work. Basically meaning 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest and then onto the next exercise.
Over the past couple of weeks all my clients have seen improvements with their core and have been able to do exercises in a more difficult position than before.
Love working with the big unit💪🏽. Jacob is a legend and has an incredible boxing knowledge and technique. It’s always fun and intense doing a pad session with him (try and spot me pulling my face back to not get hit 🥊).
