Yesterday the 11th of April marked 13 years of SWF and 7 years of SWF Gym.

It seems now the best time to announce that i am chasing a sea change in the coming months, therefore SWF will be closing down.

The last 13 years of my life has been 5am wake ups, very cold morning Bootcamp’s & thousands of hours of personal training transformations. I have loved every minute of it.

I am fortunate enough now to be fully involved with my other passion, Mental health through the shaka project.. igniting what is such an important conversation. This roll has transformed my life, traveling weekly for events, fundraisers & alike.

This year I turn 30, and with 30 comes some life changes. So I have decided to spend more time with my beautiful children, and move to some new surroundings. (Near the beach!)

I want to take this time to thank everyone who has walked through our doors, participated in our Bootcamp’s and has shown us unwavering support since day one.

We started in Mums garage 14 years ago, we built multiple gyms and had some incredible fun doing so. I am so excited for the next chapter, and look forward to sharing it with you all. ❤️
