Term 3 is all wrapped up, we're ready for holiday sunshine!

It was great to see Sempai Liz back in the dojo, just in time for student of the month recognition photos!!

A big congratulations to brothers Woody and Benji, our newly crowned push-up kings - you both set a strong standard with technique, fitness and fantastic attitudes for your age. Keep doing what you're doing lads 👊🥋

Bec received the Sempai Mick Storer award for August showing great work ethic and her kids that parents can do this too 💪 Stay the course and trust the process - it's totally worth it.

Thanks everyone for another successful term, a big shout out to our senior students who volunteered their time this term to help us with the kids classes - your support made the sessions run so much smoother 🙏

Please keep up your training through the holidays so we can hit the ground running in term 4 to prepare for the junior grading in October and KIKO Nationals in November!

(If you haven't yet confirmed your interest in the KIKO tournament, you've got one week!)

Another great time at Xtreme Bounce Ballarat! Thanks to those who came along for a jump, new faces and old, it's always fun to catch up socially.

Next week is the last week of training for the term, please make the most of it.

Holiday training must be a priority - we have a junior grading in Oct and will kick off preparation for the KIKO National Tournament when we reopen. Please see me next week if you are interested in entering the tournament.

Enjoy the sunshine 🌞

Better late than never 👊

Grading photos from May now available, the full suite has been shared to those who participated via Google drive.

A massive effort as always and a huge thanks to our volunteer instructors and senior students who gave up their time to assist with running the day and support those grading - that's what it's all about 🙏

A special mention to Henrik, Esther and Miyuri - three little warriors from the first intake of our Kick Start Program - two years in the making kiddos, what an incredible effort from you all and an amazing demonstration of patience!

We welcomed a friendly face this week, Sempai Steve Anderson from Naracoorte dojo and went through some Jujitsu Kyokushin moves! (not many photos taken, the instructors were immersed in the session!!)

Thanks for running the class on Monday Steve, everyone really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun 👊🥋

Folks I haven't forgotten about grading photos etc, I'll get the Googledrive link out this weekend.

A reminder that term fees are due please. Oh and I hope it enjoyed your nap Lauren!
