Central Wendouree bowlers and friends made the annual trip to Swan Hill Bowling Club’s Autumn Carnival this week. A great time was had by all both on the green and off.

The club came alive tonight with the return of social indoor bowls, kicking things off with a full house and a great atmosphere.
It was fantastic to see a mix of new faces and familiar ones back on the carpet, all enjoying a relaxed night of Friday night fun. A great start to what promises to be another enjoyable and social season ahead!

Yesterday we held our Mixed Triples Day, with 54 players braving the chilly Sunday conditions in great spirits.

Congratulations to our winners, the Central Wendouree team of Richard Kerr, Pam Gilbert, and Terry Weatherly, who put together an outstanding performance on the day.

A great effort also by the team from BMS, who had a fantastic day out to finish as runners-up.

A terrific day all around and wonderful to see such strong support despite the conditions!

The Mixed Pairs Grand Final was played this afternoon in wintery conditions between Ian and Marg, and Mal and Anne. After a close game Ian and Marg came out with the win.
Well done to both teams!

Great day for Division 2 Grand Final

Ian Edwards and John (Pud) Meeks winners of the Men’s Club Pairs played against Ray Fisher and Kel Murray.

Ladies Pairs Championship was played this afternoon between Kay Geddes and Ann Batters and Libby Liston and Carmel Mahony. The ladies played a great game with Kay and Ann victorious.
