8 reps with 20kg dumbbells in each hand, my hands are on her elbows only for guidance if the exercise became too hard, but no assistance in pushing the weight up.
Tara is absolutely killing her strength training, look out to all the other girls this footy season!
Why you should master the goblet squat before attempting a barbell back squat!
1. Holding the weight at your chest forces you into proper technique.
2. Goblet squats promote you to brace your core properly as you move through the rep.
3. You can use it to identify any obvious weak points.
4. An easier load on the back.
5. Chances are you probably don’t know how to squat properly under a bar!

First 3 month program done and entering straight into a second for
